tsiMORAY is a dynamic local charity set up to support and promote volunteering, community groups and social enterprises.

They also support and promote communication and collaboration between all of these organisations – often referred to as “third sector”, to differentiate them from the public and private sectors – and between these and public sector organisations, such as the Moray Council, and the NHS.
