CLAN are offering Guided Meditation sessions throughout November.

TRANQUILLITY AND PEACE will be the aim throughout November for a series of special sessions being arranged for those who have been affected by cancer.

The local branch of CLAN has organised a series of ‘Guided Meditation’ sessions at the CLAN Cancer Support Centre on Elgin’s High Street each Friday in November.

Aimed at anyone who has been or is affected by cancer, including family and friends, the sessions are open to anyone who can simply turn up on the day or book a place in advance if they wish.

Tracey Sellar, CLAN Moray area coordinator, said: “We are inviting those affected by cancer to take some time by just sitting in a comfortable chair in a relaxed and friendly environment.

“We will work with quiet music to bring the feeling of tranquillity and peace of mind to the body.”

The sessions will be held on each Friday from 2pm until 3pm.
